Comprehensive Eye Exams
Our office provides comprehensive eye examinations for both adults and children. The comprehensive eye
exam includies testing visual acuity (including refraction), checking the health of the anterior (front) and
posterior (back) structures of the eye as well as checking for glaucoma and cataracts. If you have any
vascular problems such as diabetes or hypertension the doctor will check to see if it is affecting your
eye's health.
Emergency Eye Care
Our office provides emergency care for all types of eye emergencies such as red eyes and foreign body removal.
Contact Lens Evaluations
Our office specializes in the fitting of the contact lenses. We will measure and evaluate the eye so we
can prescribe the best contactlens to fit your needs. If you have never worn contacts our expert staff
will train you to insert, remove, and care for you lenses. We carry a vast array of specialty lenses such
as colored, toric (lenses that correct for astigmatism), as well as bifocal contacts. No matter what
your contact lens needs, we will be able to satisfy them.
Laser Surgery Consultants
Dr. Fusato and Dr. Baum are both panel doctors for the Laser Center of Hawaii. If you are interested in Laser surgery,
our doctors will examine you to see if you are a good candidate for Laser surgery. If you decide to have the
surgery at the Laser Center of Hawaii, our doctors will handle all the pre-operative and post-operative evaluations.
